Discreet Service
We ensure a completely discreet service, we only use plain packaging or special delivery bags (depending on the service you request) and if you pay by credit or debit card your statement simply reads Czech post or General Logistic Systems.
Delivery Options
In the CZ we offer a split service, standard delivery is charged at CZK 79 and will arrive within 7 days. Special delivery is guaranteed to arrive on the next working day (for orders placed before 1pm), charged at CZK 109.
Returns Policy
Damaged products are immediately refunded. We cannot offer guarantees with our devices unless they are damaged so please ensure you are completely happy with your order before you purchase. Some of our products come with a guarantee, this no-questions asked policy enables refunds or exchanges to be made within 1 -2 months (depending on product), please ask customer services for details as the guarantee is product specific.
